Cloud & DevOps
Seven-plus years running production infrastructure on AWS, Azure and Digital Ocean — containerised workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and observability that make deploys boring.
A team that can deploy on demand, see what its system is doing, and roll back in seconds moves differently from one that can't. I've spent seven-plus years getting teams to that point — containerising workloads, moving them onto Kubernetes, and wiring up pipelines and dashboards so releases stop being events.
The goal is always the same: fast, reversible deploys; infrastructure defined in code and reviewable like any other change; and observability good enough that incidents are diagnosed from a dashboard, not an SSH session.
